Application Requirements
We do not charge to review your application. It is best if you fill out the application completely and provide a current bank statement and paystub. Complete applications can be returned to us via text or email or by dropping applications off at the store called "That Place That Ships" in the Major Market / Trade Joes shopping center in south Escondido. See below for text, email, and physical locations.
Generally, the collective income of the applicants should be somewhere around three times the monthly rent so you are not overly stressed by rent payments.
All applicants over 18 years of age need to complete an application. We do not deny anyone the opportunity to rent because of age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, financial or marital status, disability, or sexual orientation. We are an equal opportunity housing company.
Occupancy Standards
We limit the number of persons per apartment or home to the following:
One bedroom - 2 people
Two bedrooms - 4 people
Three bedrooms - 6 people
Four bedrooms - 8 people
